I don’t have much to say about the events that occurred a few days ago on Monday, April 15 during the Boston Marathon. I am still reeling from the day and I am in disbelief of the lives lost and lives changed forever. My aunt’s children play with the 8-year-old boy who was murdered that day and there was a vigil yesterday that I couldn’t get myself to attend. This is My City, My People, My Family, My Friends and I feel numb about it all. I pray for the families that are enduring through the pain caused that day and I pray for the person(s) who caused their pain for the hurt they will experience from their actions will surely be like none other.
